International Yoga Day 2016

Yoga is a series of physical and mental exercises. It aims to keep the body healthy.

In our school, International yoga day was celebrated on 21st June, 2016. The Session began with yoga exercises during the morning assembly. Physical education instructors spoke about and demonstrated different types of asanas and pranayams. The Importance and benefits of doing yoga regularly was communicated to the students. They enjoyed the session with a promise to practice it regularly.
